Touche-à-tout invétéré, j’ai toujours baigné dans la création. J’ai oeuvré comme illustrateur, designer graphique, pigiste multimédias, employé à l’Office national du film du Canada (ONF), commissaire d’exposition muséale et chargé de cours en dessin au cégep.

L’illustration est devenu le lieu de mes fantaisies et me permet un engagement profond dans l’expérimentation, la réflexion. Croisement des communications, de l’intelligence et de la sensibilité humaine, mon travail s’inspire autant du rêve de l’univers pour enfant, de la bande dessinée, que du cinéma.

Personnages tordus et comiques ou environnement plus naïf et graphique, je prends plaisir à transmettre un instant, un état, un message ou une histoire, avec le trait sensible qui me caractérise.

Inveterate dabbler, I was surrounded by creation. I worked as illustrator, graphic designer, multimedia freelancer, National Film board of Canada (NFB) employee, exhibition commissioner for museum, drawing teacher in cegep.

Illustration became the place of my fantasies and allows me a deep commitment to experiment and reflection. Crossing of the communications, the intelligence and the human sensibility, my works is inspired as much by the ˝dreamy˝ childhood universe, by the comic strip, as by cinema. Twisted and funny characters or more naïve and graphic environment, I take pleasure to profoundly sink into a moment, a state, a message or a story, with the sensitive line which characterizes my touch.
